1. Morning Awakening Flow

Purpose: Ease into your day with breath-led movement and gentle clarity. 

Flow Sequence:

Begin in Cat–Cow to mobilize the spine and sync breath & movement. 

Ease into Thread‑the‑Needle to open shoulders and upper back. 

Rise into Mountain Pose, moving through a few rounds of Up‑Down Dog to ground the morning mind.

2. Warrior Confidence Flow

Purpose: Ground into your inner confidence through steady, soulful movement.

Flow Sequence:

Step into Warrior II, grounding through feet and expanding through the chest. 

Add Side Angle Dips for deeper opening.  

Transition into Reverse Warrior, embracing graceful, quiet power. 

3. Heart‑Opening SereniFlow

Purpose: Expand your compassion and alignment with a soft heart opener. 

Flow Sequence:

From Low Lunge, rise into Crescent Lunge, drawing arms overhead.
