1. CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE

By completing this form, I voluntarily apply to collaborate with SereniPose as a model, yoga instructor, or content creator. I certify that the information I provide is accurate to the best of my knowledge.

2. MEDIA USAGE RIGHTS

I grant SereniPose and its affiliates the unrestricted, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual right to:

Use, reproduce, display, publish, transmit, or distribute any photographs, videos, audio recordings, likeness, and name that I have created and submitted specifically for SereniPose, or that have been produced as part of a paid or agreed-upon SereniPose project, in any format (print or digital), including but not limited to promotional, editorial, commercial, educational, and social media use.

Modify or adapt such SereniPose-submitted content as needed for brand consistency or editorial standards, including graphics, music, and branding overlays.

This clause does not apply to content I create and post independently for my own personal use. Any personal content remains my sole property and may only be used by SereniPose with my explicit permission.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP

I acknowledge that any content I produce as part of a paid engagement or explicitly submitted to SereniPose for use—including photoshoots, video sessions, written scripts, instructional recordings, or promotional assets—shall be considered work-for-hire and the exclusive property of SereniPose, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

This includes all forms of commercial exploitation, sublicensing, and distribution for submitted or contracted SereniPose content only.

Any content I produce for my personal channels or creative use outside of agreed SereniPose projects remains fully owned by me and will not be used by SereniPose without prior written agreement.

4. COMPENSATION & STATUS

Unless expressly stated in a written agreement:

• I understand that my role with the organization may vary and could include opportunities as a volunteer, independent contractor, or paid collaborator, depending on the terms discussed and agreed upon.
• If I am selected as a paid content creator or instructor, I will be compensated accordingly as a 1099 independent contractor and will be responsible for managing my own taxes.
• Any compensation details, if applicable, will be clearly outlined in a separate agreement specific to the project or engagement.

5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I release SereniPose and its representatives from any liability related to the use of media content or participation in video/photo sessions, so long as proper consent and safety protocols have been followed.

6. NON-DISCLOSURE & CONFIDENTIALITY

I agree not to disclose any unreleased projects, behind-the-scenes media, business strategies, or internal communications shared during my involvement with SereniPose.
