Movement can be many things: discipline, expression, release. For Anna, movement is also a way home, a quiet return to the body when life calls for grounding, honesty, and care.
Born and raised in Ukraine and based in Germany since 2006, Anna’s journey has been shaped by migration, motherhood, and years of working closely with the body both her own and those of the women she supports. Her story reflects the essence of SereniPose: presence over performance, depth over urgency, and femininity rooted in self-connection.
Anna began dancing at the age of five, forming an early and lasting relationship with movement as a form of expression and awareness. Over time, her path expanded into sports, fitness, and university studies, alongside a second professional background in mathematics.
This analytical foundation deeply influences how she understands the body today. For Anna, the body and emotional state function as interconnected systems — when one is under strain, the entire system responds. This perspective became especially meaningful during periods of personal crisis, motherhood, and recovery.
Life transitions, including leaving a long-term relationship, taught her the importance of listening inward. Instead of pushing forward, she learned to stabilize, soften, and accept herself fully — embracing both yin and yang, strength and gentleness, structure and flow.
When Strength Became Gentle
During pregnancy, Anna discovered pelvic floor training and its profound connection to a woman’s emotional and hormonal well-being. This experience reshaped her entire understanding of women’s training.
After navigating emotional burnout and post-traumatic stress following a difficult divorce, she rebuilt her relationship with her body — not as something to control, but as a source of safety and inner support. The path back was not through intensity, but through mindful movement.
This philosophy became the foundation of her project, Stayfitwithan — a space where movement is not about performance, but about restoration, presence, and connection. A calm mind and a beautiful body, she believes, arise naturally from this approach.
Movement as Regulation, Not Pressure

Today, Anna’s relationship with movement is conscious, gentle, and deeply embodied. It is not about perfect shapes or pushing limits, but about sensing the body and responding to its needs.
Mindful movement, guided by breath and awareness, helped her restore trust in herself. Emotionally and mentally, it became a space for regulation and clarity. Physically, it supports strength, mobility, and body awareness without pressure.
As a single mother with limited time, Anna developed short yet effective training sessions that energize while restoring vitality, proving that meaningful results do not require long hours, but intention and care.
Finding Home in Feminine Flow
Rather than a single pose, Anna feels most at home in slow, gentle, feminine movement combined with breath. These are moments where the body moves freely, without expectation — allowing full presence to emerge.
This approach honors the body’s natural rhythm and invites women to experience movement as nourishment, especially during times of change, healing, or creative exploration.
Modeling as Presence and Expression
Anna’s modeling journey began in her youth through formal training, but later returned in a more conscious, embodied way. Today, modeling is less about form and more about presence.
She is drawn to shoots that explore femininity, inner strength, and softness — different yet complementary expressions of feminine nature. For her, photography is a way to express inner states, explore identity, and connect authentically with the camera.
Why SereniPose Resonates
What drew Anna to SereniPose is its calm, conscious approach to beauty and movement. Among the brand’s pillars, Stillness and Empowerment resonate most deeply.
Stillness creates space for grounding and clarity. Empowerment grows from self-acceptance and embodied confidence — not force. Together, they reflect a femininity that is present, rooted, and quietly powerful.
Through her work with SereniPose, Anna hopes to inspire women to trust their inner rhythm, return to themselves, and feel at home in their bodies — remembering who they already are.
In a world that often asks women to move faster and be more, Anna offers a different invitation: to slow down, to feel, and to come home. Through gentle movement and embodied presence, she reminds us that beauty unfolds naturally when we are rooted in ourselves. Here, strength is quiet, femininity is whole, and the body becomes a sanctuary — steady, supportive, and deeply alive.
